JYJ Park Yoochun became Chungmuro’s ascending blue chip in a single burst with his screen debut film ‘Sea Fog’. He has already ventured onto TV shows with dramas ‘Sungkyunkwan Scandal’, ‘Rooftop Prince’, ‘Missing You’ and etc. and received love from the mass public, but movie ‘Sea Fog’ was where it was doubtful about if he can survive around Kim Yoon-seok, Lee Hee-joon, Moon Sung-keun and other actors who knows all the ins and outs [of Chungmuro]. Nevertheless, Park Yoochun has swept the Best New Male Actor awards at the 34th Korean Film Critics Association Awards and the 51st Daejong Film Awards with outstanding acting of subtle emotions and having been indignant as the maknae of ship ‘Jeonjin’, Dong-sik, in ‘Sea Fog’, increasing even the weight deliberately; and gained acknowledgment for his acting ability.
